What is handled through other channels
Sexual harassment complaints are handled by our Internal Committee under the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013, through a separate confidential channel: [Insert Internal Committee contact]. If you raise such a complaint through this page, we will pass it to the Internal Committee with your consent.
Commercial disputes under a signed client agreement are handled under the terms of that agreement. Matters already before a court, tribunal or statutory authority may be addressed through that forum.
