We hold the registrations and licences required to provide staffing, manpower outsourcing and recruitment services in the states where we operate. These include:

Bharat Altum never charges candidates any fee to apply, register, attend an interview, receive an offer letter or be placed in a role. We do not ask for security deposits, training fees, uniform charges, document verification charges or any other payment as a condition of employment.

Fraudsters sometimes use the names of staffing firms to issue fake job offers and collect money or personal details. A genuine Bharat Altum communication will:

  • Come only from an email address ending in @altum.co.in [Confirm all official domains, including any jobs board domain]
  • Never ask you to pay money, share an OTP, or transfer funds to an individual’s account
  • Never offer a job without an application, screening or interview process
  • Be verifiable by calling us on 9953450011 or writing to info@altum.co.in

If you receive a suspicious offer using our name, do not pay or share sensitive details. Report it to us immediately and, where money has been lost, to the National Cyber Crime Helpline on 1930 or the local police. We are not responsible for losses arising from communications that did not come from us.

How you are employed depends on the type of engagement:

  • Staffing and manpower outsourcing: Bharat Altum is the employer of record. We issue your appointment letter, process your salary, and manage statutory contributions such as PF and ESI. You work at a client’s site, but your employment contract is with us.
  • Recruitment, executive search and RPO: We assess and introduce candidates, but the client hires you directly. Your employer is the client, and your terms are set by the client’s offer letter.
  • Payroll processing and compliance services: We act as a service provider to the employer. The client remains your employer unless your appointment letter states otherwise.

Your appointment or offer letter is the definitive record of who your employer is. If anything is unclear, ask us before you join.

Figures such as the number of personnel deployed, clients served, cities covered or years of experience are indicative and based on internal records as of [Insert date].
