About the role
Recover overdue payments on retail loans for a large BFSI client across Pune, meeting customers in person.
What you will do
- Visit customers with overdue accounts and agree repayment plans
- Collect payments and deposit them the same day as per process
- Update every visit and promise-to-pay in the collections app
- Meet monthly resolution and roll-back targets
- Follow the RBI fair practices code in every customer interaction
