About the role
Install and repair home appliances for a consumer durables brand, attending customer calls across Ahmedabad.
What you will do
- Install and demo new appliances at customer homes
- Diagnose and repair faults on AC, refrigerator and washing machine calls
- Close calls in the service app with parts used and customer sign-off
- Keep first-time-fix and customer rating scores high
- Suggest extended warranty and annual maintenance plans where useful
