About the role
Run the shop floor for a fashion retail store in Bengaluru: the team, the stock and the customer experience.
What you will do
- Lead a team of 6 to 10 store associates and plan their shifts
- Hit daily and monthly sales targets for your section
- Keep stock, replenishment and visual merchandising to brand standards
- Handle customer escalations, exchanges and returns
- Open and close the store, including cash and billing reconciliation
